Shipping Costs

For shipments to Spain (Peninsula):

Free shipping on purchases over €50 / Orders are delivered within 48-72 hours on business days.

Returns and Refunds

You have 14 business days to return a product. If you decide you do not want it, you can return it, but please remember that it must be in perfect condition – not used or washed – and in its original packaging.

We will refund the product amount in the form of a shopping voucher. In the case of shipping costs, these will not be refunded. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

If the product you receive is not what you ordered, is not in good condition, or there is any other problem, please contact us within 14 days by phone or through the contact form, and we will resolve it as soon as possible.
